Participation in the RentNearby Landlord Welcome Draw is completely free. There are no fees, subscriptions, or payments required at any stage. Any property owner or landlord who publishes a verified listing automatically enters that calendar month's draw upon listing approval.
Monthly Winner Selection
RentNearby may decide one (1) lucky winner each calendar month from all approved, active listings submitted during that campaign cycle. The chosen winner receives one Amazon e-gift voucher valued at ₹2,500 (INR).
Platform Discretion on Selection
RentNearby holds the sole discretion to select or not select a lucky winner in any given month. Factors influencing this decision include listing quality verification, minimum eligible submissions, anti-spam auditing, and ongoing campaign schedules. RentNearby's decision in this regard remains final and binding.
Listing Authenticity & Fair Use
To be eligible for entry, property advertisements must be genuine, non-duplicate, and contain accurate location details, rent, and photos. Duplicate, spam, broker-generated, or fraudulent listings will be disqualified and removed without notice.
Reward Delivery & Verification
The chosen winner will be notified via their registered WhatsApp number or verified email address. The ₹2,500 Amazon e-voucher code is delivered electronically. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to other individuals.
Modifications & Cancellation
RentNearby reserves the right to modify, extend, or terminate this promotional program or update these terms at any time without prior individual notice.
